Excellent. I needed my bathroom and kitchen to be upgraded just to look refreshed. Paul handled my colors and design effortlessly. He listened to my input and executed better than expected. I love my new shower. Jacob managed the guys who wore shoe coverings because it was raining outside when they came inside. I just love it.

I used Bathroom Pros NYC because they had a mold and lead license that my insurance company required for my water damages in the master bathroom. They completely gutted the bathroom then sprayed a mold killer, and took all debri away in large black bags. It never has looked so good. I love the acrylic wainscotting and my new larger shower so much we had them do our second bathroom downstairs.

Paul, sold me as he describes the Cadillac of Walk-in Tubs made by Bath Planet in Chicago. I bought the Platinum Package. This is the best looking and performing jacuzzi type tub I’ve ever seen in my 70 years on earth! Angel and Jorge did my new electric panel, hot and cold water valve panel with an instant water heater, perfectly hidden in my closet behind the bathroom.
